I made a super tasty dip with some of my favorite things to eat.  
It all started with a scoop of nutella.
A little bit of valencia butter with toasted flaxseed.
Then, microwave these two for 30 seconds.
 Add a scoop of chia seeds.
Some pumpkin seeds.
And a pitch of kosher salt.
Here is deliciousness before mixing.
I chose to dip my favorite kind of apple, a honeycrisp, in this glorious mixture.
So GOOD!!  
A great salty, sweet, crunchy treat.

that sounds amazing... and so dangerous for me. i can't even buy nutella because i'll eat the whole jar by myself in 3 days. i have no self-control whatsoever!
by the way, i think of you everytime i make toast with butter, jam & sharp cheddar cheese... that's just as dangerous, i suppose, but i'm addicted!

Okay, Missy. I have to confess to following your blog even though I have seen you only once face to face at Moms and More and I don't know if we really talked to each other. This dip looks oh so amazing. My husband is a self-professed master snack maker. I think he may have met his match.

Jen-That is too funny. It is always fun to know when people are reading my blog. I stalk plenty of blogs where I might kind of know the person or they could be a complete stranger...we all do it in blog land. Thanks for reading and thanks for the comment!!
