What We Are Eating This Week

Monday:
London broil, grilled asparagus, and baked potatoes
Tuesday:
Chicken Picata (homemade picata sauce), and sauteed brocoli
Wednesday:
Multi-grain spaghetti with tomato basil sauce, homemade meatballs, and kale chips
Thursday:
Grilled pork tenderloin, roasted brussel sprouts with shallots and roasted carrots
Friday:
Homemade cheese pizza

Plus some homemade M&M cookies for Sonya's teacher's birthday.

Ugh, don't even ask what we are eating. It's the last week of the month, so it's a huge crap-shoot over here to try to stay in earshot of our monthly food budget.
I've eaten a lot of pumpkin puree, lentil, and mozzarella quesadillas (surprisingly good). The kids have been living on bananas, strawberries, pumpkin puree, PBJs, and bread pizza.
