Vegetables We Are Eating

  1. corn
  2. brocoli
  3. green beans
  4. sweet potatoes
  5. celery
  6. carrots (raw and roasted)
  7. butternut squash
  8. cauliflower
  9. asparagus
  10. white potatoes
  11. bell peppers (red, orange, yellow, and green)
  12. peas
  13. brussel sprouts (making them for the first time tonight)
  14. onions

how do you make roasted carrots?

greta-
I just drizzle baby carrots with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper. then roast at 450 degrees for 35-45 minutes. They are really good. Kind of taste like sweet potatoes.
